Food Grade · Industrial Grade — Bulk supply across India & International Markets
Potato Starch is a fine, pure white powder extracted from potato tubers (Solanum tuberosum) through a wet milling process. It has the largest granule size of all common commercial starches (15–100 microns) and produces one of the highest viscosities when gelatinised. It is naturally gluten-free and has a very low protein and fat content, making it an exceptionally clean and neutral-tasting starch.
Polychem Industries supplies Potato Starch in food grade and industrial grade to food manufacturers, paper mills, textile processors, and industrial buyers across India and internationally. Its unique combination of high viscosity, excellent water-binding capacity, and clean flavour makes it one of the most versatile and high-performing starches available.
